Investigating -
We are currently investigating an issue where users are unable to access the CS004 SaaS instance. Investigations are still ongoing, but customers will encounter errors when accessing the Contrast UI, and Agent traffic might be affected.
The following services are impacted: All services were impacted by this outage in all environments.
For Protect services: Agent's running protect will continue to block incoming attacks regardless of a service outage. For Assess services: Agent's will continue to reconnect and resend data once connected.
